Once I have ordered how long before I receive my items?

If your items are one of our more popular ranges we normally carry these in stock and they can be sent out within 48 hrs. However, if your items are large and a courier is used this may take a day or two longer. When you place your order please ensure you do include a valid telephone number on which we can reach you if it is necessary to discuss your delivery options.

If an item is made to order this can take up to 2 weeks, so please check with us if you are unsure.

How will I receive my order?

Small items can be sent via Royal Mail. Other items, such as fire surrounds or cornice lengths, will be sent by courier and these prices are available on enquiry.

Once I have received my order, how do I store it?

Every care is made to dry out your item before it is sent. However, occasionally a small amount of moisture may remain. In case of this we recommend that you do not allow the items to come into contact with a porous surface. Also, ideally items should be stored flat until you are ready to use them. If you need more advice, please call us directly as we would be happy to help. 

Once my items have arrived, how do I fit them myself?

We have included, via the link at the top the page, a quick guide to fitting cornices which you may find handy to look through before you begin.

Can you recommend a fitter?

What areas do you cover for delivery?

We cover England, Scotland and Wales and use a combination of Royal Mail, TNT and a courier for our larger items. We have also arranged delivery to the Channel Islands, so please contact us if you are unsure. We are sorry but we are currently unable to offer delivery overseas.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all our prices include VAT at the current rate of 20%.

Are your plaster items supplied ready to paint?

Yes, once your item is fitted you are free to paint it. We would recommend a few coats of emulsion. For the very best results the first coat that you apply should be watered down.

What should I do if I’m not happy?
